White iPhone 4 Available to Buy!

So at last the iPhone 4 in white is finally here and available to purchase at mobiles.co.uk. Last year the white iPhone 4’s release seemed unlikely, with people believing it was never going to happen after its delay when the iPhone 4 was originally launched back in June 2010, but the wait is now over.
Philip Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing has said “The white iPhone 4 has finally arrived and it’s beautiful. We appreciate everyone who has waited patiently while we’ve worked to get every detail right.”
It has apparently been said the reason for the delay was that the phone was susceptible to UV rays and Apple was using the time to make sure that the phone’s internal components were protected from the sun’s effects before it was ready to launch. But who knows if we will ever find out what officially happened as Apple remain tight-lipped about what the delay was.
Apple posted the picture of the white iPhone 4 on their website in the early hours of this morning raising excitement and people all over the world have stood their place in line today to get themselves one of the sought after white iPhone 4’s, showing that interest in the long awaited phone has not dwindled.
